Please check carefully your selected products before purchase as all of our products are made specifically to order and we do not operate a returns service. Samples can be sent out for your approval if requested prior to ordering.

Should any of our products delivered found to be faulty or damaged we will arrange for them to be collected and inspected.

Before your order is processed you will receive an order acknowledgement form that confirms and describes your requirements, this also shows a start date for production. Please contact us prior to this date if your order is incorrect so we can rectify. If production has started and costs have been incurred then it is not possible to cancel your order without a charge being imposed.
