| PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY INFORMATION |
General Information
All deliveries subject to the restriction of tailboard delivery only.
Lead Times
Manufacturing lead times for the majority of our products are geared to complete your order in time for the next delivery to your area. (See Delivery Dates on this page). However this is subject to our manufacturing capacity, which may vary from time to time. This means that we normally require a lead time of Two Working Days from receipt of the final details of your order, to enable us to make and load your order onto the very next vehicle to your area. e.g. If a vehicle is scheduled to leave for your area on a Thursday, an order received by 5pm on Monday, production permitting could be on that vehicle.
Collections
In the event that our next scheduled vehicle to your area does not meet your delivery requirement for a “48 hour Production” item, then with pre-notification, you may collect the goods 48 hours, (two working days), after receipt of the final order details.
Two Hour Production
Certain products, Pinboards and Contract Linking or Freestanding Screens, can be immediately added to our daily production schedule and be ready for collection 2 hours after receipt of the final order details.
Stock Items
Galaxy Pinboards, Drywipe Boards and Chairs but excluding Contract Screens, all types of Screen Feet, Standard Clamps and Hook-Over Shelves, are held in stock for next scheduled vehicle or immediate collection.
48 Hour Plus Products
Certain items within our range require a manufacturing cycle that is much longer than 48 hours. These products are: Vision, Curved & Wire Management, Camelot, Doors, Special Metalwork, Customised Products.
Very Urgent Deliveries
Where an urgent delivery is required a 48 hour make and deliver service is available at an add on cost of £250 net + VAT. This service applies to all stock and 2 hour production products plus certain other products, please check availability at the time of enquiry. A dedicated van and driver will be dispatched with your goods for your urgent delivery, once agreed this service will be guaranteed and a delivery time window will be given.
